In June 18, it was revealed that Ostovich had accepted a one-year sentence from USADA for testing positive for ostarine on January 3 of 2020. Ostovich's positive test result for Ostarine 3rd January 2020 was GW1516. The result was an 8-month suspension from USADA. The illegal drug was found in her supplements but was not on the label. Gina Mazany will fight Blaydes at ESPN on the 28th of November 2020. Mazany was knocked unconscious during the third round due to body kicks. Ostovich ended her UFC contract on December 7, 2020.
